Subscriptions Through the iOS App

If you subscribed in the Ideogram iOS app, Apple bills you. Cancel, change your plan or ask for a refund through Apple, not on the website.

If you subscribed in the Ideogram iOS app, Apple bills you, not Ideogram. You manage the subscription in the App Store, not on the website.

What you'll see on the web

If you open Plans or Wallet & Billing on ideogram.ai, you'll see the message Plan managed in the App Store, with an Open App Store link. You can't change your plan or buy credits on the web while your plan is billed through Apple.

Cancel or change your plan

On your iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Settings and tap your name.

2. Tap Subscriptions.

3. Tap Ideogram, then change or cancel your plan.

You can also open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on a device signed in to your Apple account.

Refunds and receipts

Apple handles refunds, receipts and invoices for App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Ideogram support can't refund App Store charges.

Plans available in the app

You can subscribe to Plus or Pro in the iOS app. The Team plan is only available on the web.
