# Enterprise Prepaid

Set up a self-serve Enterprise Prepaid workspace, fund its shared credits, and manage access and billing.

Enterprise Prepaid is a shared workspace funded with credits bought in advance. Its members draw from one organization balance. A [Team plan](/plans-and-billing/team-plan.md) gives each member their own monthly credits instead.

## Start a prepaid workspace

Use the web app. Self-serve setup isn't available inside the iOS app.

1. Open **Settings** → **Plans**.
2. If the **Credits** tab is available, open it.
3. Find **Enterprise**, marked **Prepaid** and **Self-serve**, and click **Get started**.
4. Sign in if prompted. Ideogram opens an existing prepaid API workspace you manage, or creates an API team for you, then opens its billing page.
5. Add a payment method if needed, then choose **Add credits** to fund the workspace.

If the Credits tab or prepaid card isn't shown in your account, use the available plans or contact sales about organization access.

After setup, choose the prepaid workspace in the workspace switcher before making images, creating API keys or reviewing billing. If you use the separate developer platform, select it in that platform's switcher.

### Will Get started create another workspace?

If you've selected a prepaid workspace where you're an owner or admin, setup reuses it. Otherwise, it looks for a prepaid workspace you own before creating a new API team. Check the workspace name on the billing page before adding credits.

## Shared credits

All members use the organization's prepaid balance. There is no monthly seat allowance to transfer or top up for individual members.

Owners and admins can open **Wallet & Billing** to add credits, manage auto recharge and review organization invoices. See [Buying Extra Credits](/plans-and-billing/buying-extra-credits.md) for purchase and recharge steps. In the separate developer platform, use **Billing**.

API keys created in the workspace also charge its shared balance. See [API keys and workspace access](/plans-and-billing/ideogram-api.md#which-balance-does-a-key-use).

### Does my personal subscription fund the organization?

Your personal Plus or Pro plan doesn't provide a monthly allowance to this prepaid workspace. The organization funds its own wallet. Switch to **Personal** to use or manage your personal plan, and to the prepaid workspace for the organization's work.

An ordinary member can't buy organization credits even if they have a personal paid plan. Ask an owner or admin to fund the shared wallet.

### What if my personal plan is billed through Apple?

The personal App Store billing restriction doesn't block an authorized manager from funding a separately billed organization wallet on the web. Select the prepaid organization before opening its billing page. Purchases still aren't available inside the iOS app.

## Members and roles

Owners and admins manage members from **Settings** → **Team**, or **Members** in the separate developer platform. Ordinary members don't have the management roster or billing pages.

Use **Invite members** to invite people. The row menu lets managers resend or cancel invitations and remove members. These workspaces don't require a seat subscription renewal before inviting people, and they don't offer per-member **Top up credits**.

The **Admin** role is available in prepaid organization workspaces. The owner can open a member's row menu and choose **Make admin**, or choose **Make member** on an admin's row. Admins can remove ordinary members but can't change roles. Choose access carefully: owners and admins can manage the organization and its billing.

## Usage and invoices

Owners and admins can open **Usage** and filter by source, member, API key and date range. Dates are shown in UTC. See [Track usage](/plans-and-billing/ideogram-api.md#track-usage).

The billing page shows the selected organization's invoices. An **ISSUED** status doesn't by itself mean an invoice is paid. See [Invoices, Receipts, and Tax Details](/plans-and-billing/billing-and-subscriptions/invoices-receipts-and-tax-details.md#organization-invoices).

## Enterprise agreements

The **Enterprise / Postpaid** option uses **Contact sales** and follows a negotiated agreement. Pricing and billing terms come from that agreement. For help with invoicing or payment details, contact your organization's billing owner or [support](/help/support.md).
