# Contact Support

How to contact Ideogram customer support by email, what to include, and where to look first for help with billing and sign-in.

Email <support@ideogram.ai>. Send it from the address your Ideogram account uses, so the team can find your account right away.

In the app's **Contact support** dialog, **Copy email** copies the support address. It doesn't send a message; compose and send the email from your email app.

## What to include

* Your username.
* What you were trying to do and what happened instead, with any error message word for word.
* A link to the image or generation, if the problem is about one.
* For a billing question, the date and amount of the charge.
* A screenshot, if it shows the problem.

For an app or generation problem, also include the **app or model name**, selected **workspace**, device and browser, and the steps that reproduce it. Include relevant settings such as image size, reference count or video duration. These details help distinguish an input limit, workspace permission and a failed generation.

To get a generation link, open the asset, select **Share** and choose **Copy link**. If that action isn't available, include the page URL and the exact error shown. Keep API keys out of screenshots and messages; a key's label can identify it without exposing its secret.

Ideogram doesn't offer refunds on web purchases; see [Refunds](/plans-and-billing/billing-and-subscriptions/refunds.md). Support also can't merge accounts made with different sign-in methods, change your username or email, or change your profile picture.
