The Render speed option, available to any paid subscription user, is used to tell the AI to spend more or less time generating an image, which also have an effect on the overall amount of details and quality of the image.
To select a specific Render speed, click or tap the prompt box to reveal the options at the bottom, then click the third tab to open a popup menu with the available choices. The available options are located at the bottom of the popup menu.
The Render speed settings allows you to adjust the amount of time the AI spends fine-tuning the requested image. There are three possible render speeds:
Turbo: Generates images quickly and is best used for ideation when you want a quick look at the composition. Sometimes useful for achieving a sketchy look.
Default: The standard render speed used by default.
Quality: Offers better detail and overall image quality. It can sometimes correct imperfections that might be visible in the Default mode.
Speed will vary between different models. For example, Model 2a is faster than Model 2.0 when using equivalent rendering settings.
