<details>

<summary>What is the priority queue?</summary>

The priority queue processes eligible generations ahead of slow-queue generations. Priority generation uses priority credits. See [**Available Plans**](/plans-and-pricing/available-plans.md) for the credit overview.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What happens when I run out of priority credits?</summary>

If your account has no priority credits remaining, eligible generations may move to the slow queue or require a top-up, upgrade, or later retry depending on your plan and current product state.

Keep in mind that some features only run on priority credits: on paid plans, **Reference** and **Edit image** generations always use priority credits rather than the slow queue (see the question below). If you run out mid-month, you can [top up your priority credits](/plans-and-pricing/available-plans.md#top-up-credits) without changing plans.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I choose between generating in the slow queue or using priority credits?</summary>

No — there is no manual queue selection. When you have priority credits, eligible generations use them automatically. When they run out, generations that support it run in the slow queue instead, subject to your plan's slow-credit access. Some tools always require priority credits on paid plans — see the questions above.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Which credits do the Reference and Edit image tools use?</summary>

**Reference** and **Edit image** generations use **priority credits** if you're on a paid plan. On the Free plan, these tools run on **slow credits**.

See [**Available Plans**](/plans-and-pricing/available-plans.md) for the credit system overview.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can other people see the images I generate?</summary>

Images are public by default unless you choose private generation where it is available. See [**Private Generations**](/using-ideogram/generation-settings/private-generations.md)**.**

</details>

<summary>How do I correct text in my image?</summary>

Monthly credit expiration and rollover behavior can vary by plan and current product policy — review the credit information shown in your account and the live pricing page at [ideogram.ai/pricing](https://ideogram.ai/pricing).

**Top-up credits** work differently: they are used after your monthly priority credits run out, carry over month to month, and expire a year from purchase. They stay usable even after your subscription ends. See [Top-Up Credits](/plans-and-pricing/available-plans.md#top-up-credits).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I get a refund on my subscription payment?</summary>
