Managing a Subscription

Active Subscriptions

When a subscription is active, you will see the Ideogram logo next to your username in the profile page.

Ideogram users with an active subscription see the Ideogram logo next to their username.

You will also see your current subscription information and a battery at the bottom of your profile information on your profile page. When you click on it, you'll get a quick overview of the remaining priority generations for the month. This number is updated after every generation completes.

The number of priority prompts remaining is shown when the battery icon is clicked.

Viewing Your Subscription Details

First, visit the User Management menu clicking the "gear" icon on the top right of the website's page.

From this menu, you can click on Manage subscription to visit the Ideogram subscription page. Note that you can also replenish your Fast queue generation (battery) by clicking on the Fast queue top-up button.

You then get on the subscription page as shown below. The available options will be different depending on your current plan.

When you have an active subscription, it will be indicated at the bottom of the column corresponding to your current plan.

In the upper right corner of this page, click the Manage billing button to access your all informations on your subscription management page like the one below.

Here, you will find details on:

• Your current plan

• Your monthly price

• When your plan renews

• Your payment method

• Your billing information

• Your invoice history

On this page, you can also:

• Cancel your Ideogram Plus subscription

• Update your payment method

• Update your billing information

Cancel Your Subscription

Visit the subscription management page by following the instructions above.

Press "Cancel Plan" at the top of the page to cancel your Ideogram Plus subscription. You will be asked to confirm before you cancel.

When you cancel your Ideogram Plus subscription, you will still have access to Ideogram Plus features until the end of your billing period. If you change your mind, you can always renew your subscription.
