# User Menu

## Overview

The User Menu opens from your profile picture at the bottom left of the sidebar. It collects account, billing, API, support, and session actions in one place.

Menu contents and order can vary by plan, team role, device, and rollout. The stable map:

* **Account identity** — your username and email at the top, with the workspace switcher (for example **Personal**, or a team) below it.
* **Priority credits** — your remaining balance, with **Upgrade** and **Buy credits** buttons for moving up a plan or [topping up credits](/plans-and-pricing/available-plans.md#top-up-credits).
* **Manage plan** — opens the Plans and pricing page, the home for subscription and billing tasks. See [Billing & Subscriptions](/plans-and-pricing/billing-and-subscriptions.md).
* **API keys** — jumps to the [API Dashboard](/using-ideogram/ui-overview/pages-ui/api-dashboard.md) keys page.
* **API pricing** — opens the **API usage costs** tab of the Plans and pricing page.
* **Manage muted users** — review and manage accounts you have muted.
* **Delete account** — permanent account deletion; see [Account Settings](/using-ideogram/account-settings.md#deleting-your-account).
* **View profile** — opens your [Profile Page](/using-ideogram/ui-overview/pages-ui/profile-page.md).
* **Theme** — switch between **System**, **Light**, and **Dark**.
* **Help & documentation**, **Download iOS app** — external links.
* **Log out** — signs you out of the current session.
