# Team Plan

The Team plan is for organizations or groups that want centralized plan administration, billing, and member access.

For current pricing, seat minimums, included credits, and plan availability, see [ideogram.ai/pricing](https://ideogram.ai/pricing).

## Accessing the Team Page

1. Click the workspace switcher at the top left of the sidebar and select your team.
2. Open the switcher again and select **Manage team**.

The Team page shows a billing summary — next billing date, billed member count, and projected total — and the member list.

## Team Owner and Billing

The Team owner manages the Team subscription. Owner/admin capabilities can include:

* managing Team billing and subscription settings;
* inviting members;
* removing members;
* reviewing seat count and seat-related billing;
* purchasing or assigning top-up credits where available;
* updating team name or icon where supported.

Seat changes can affect billing. Review the confirmation screen in-product before adding or removing members.

**Manage billing** on the Team page opens the billing portal. The Team subscription is billed per seat — the subscription line shows the seat quantity (for example, ×2) — and the portal shows your next billing date, estimated payment, payment method, billing information, and invoices. Cancelling, renewing, and downloading invoices work the same way as for personal subscriptions; see [Billing & Subscriptions](/plans-and-pricing/billing-and-subscriptions.md).

### Renaming your team

Click the **⋯** menu next to the team name at the top of the Team page and select **Rename**.

<figure><img src="/files/Zo4bLOw6qUEgXsOWoHTH" alt="Team page with the menu next to the team name open and the Rename option highlighted"><figcaption><p>Rename your team from the <strong>⋯</strong> menu.</p></figcaption></figure>

## Inviting Members

Team owners can invite members from the Team page:

1. Click **Invite members** in the Members section.
2. Enter one or more usernames or email addresses.
3. Click **Invite**.

<figure><img src="/files/CJDgSJmhlkaql39LdAae" alt="Invite members dialog with a field for usernames or email addresses and the Invite button highlighted"><figcaption><p>Invite by username or email. Users are added and billed to your plan when they join.</p></figcaption></figure>

When a user accepts an invitation, they gain access to Team plan benefits according to their role and the current Team subscription. As the dialog notes, users are added — and billed to your plan — when they join your team, so adding a member can add a paid seat.

## Removing Members

Team owners can remove members from the Team page. Removing a member can affect that user's access to Team plan benefits and may not refund unused seat time or credits. Review the in-product confirmation before completing the removal.

## Team Members

Team members use Team access according to the active Team subscription and their role. Members may be able to switch between personal and team contexts when both are available.

## Topping Up Member Credits

Team owners can buy priority-credit top-ups for a member from the Team page:

1. Click the **⋯** menu at the end of the member's row and select **Top up credits**.

<figure><img src="/files/QmXSPgv6HsMA1QROCObh" alt="Team page member row with the row menu open and the Top up credits option highlighted"><figcaption><p>Each member row has a <strong>Top up credits</strong> action.</p></figcaption></figure>

2. Choose a quantity and confirm the purchase.

<figure><img src="/files/GufVr4U3fG7x5OYAVDXk" alt="Top up your priority credits dialog with a quantity selector and the add credits button highlighted"><figcaption><p>Top-up credits are used when monthly priority credits run out.</p></figcaption></figure>

As the dialog notes, the top-up balance is used when the member's monthly priority credits run out; unused top-up credits carry over month to month while the subscription is active and expire a year from purchase.

## Private Generation

The Team plan can include private generation where supported. Private images follow the same private-generation behavior described in [Private Generations](/using-ideogram/generation-settings/private-generations.md). Do not assume private images are shared with the whole team unless the product explicitly shows a shared/team workspace for that image.

## Batch Generation

Batch Generation is available on Team where supported. See [Batch Generation](/using-ideogram/features-and-tools/batch-generation.md) for upload limits and template columns.
