# Billing & Subscriptions
Find the right Ideogram billing controls for subscriptions, pay-as-you-go credits and organizations, including payment methods, invoices and access errors.
You manage your subscription from **Wallet & Billing**. Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, then click **Wallet & Billing**. You can also go to **Settings** → **Wallet & Billing**. These pages cover how to cancel, upgrade or downgrade, find invoices, and fix problems such as a failed payment or a double charge.
Open the user menu and click Wallet & Billing.
To manage your own plan, switch to your **Personal** workspace first. On a seat-based Team plan, the owner manages the team's billing. Enterprise and prepaid organization billing is available to owners and admins. Ordinary members ask their organization's billing manager for help.
In a personal workspace, the page has three parts:
* **Plan card**: your plan, its price and your renewal date. **Upgrade plan** opens the plans. For a web subscription, **Manage plan & billing** opens its billing portal, where you cancel, change your payment method and update billing details. Without a subscription, **Manage billing** opens your wallet's billing portal after payment setup.
* **Credit balance**: your credits, with **Add credits** and auto recharge. See [Buying Extra Credits](/plans-and-billing/buying-extra-credits.md).
* **Invoice history**: every charge. Click **⋮** at the end of a row to download its invoice.

To change plans, go to **Settings** → **Plans**.
## Organization billing
Switch to the organization before opening billing:
* **Team plan:** the owner sees the **Team plan** card and **Manage billing**. Credits are managed [per member](/plans-and-billing/team-plan.md#adding-credits-for-a-member).
* **Enterprise Prepaid:** owners and admins manage the shared wallet and organization invoices. See [Enterprise Prepaid](/plans-and-billing/enterprise-prepaid.md).
* **Enterprise agreement:** owners and admins see **Billing** and the organization's invoices. Contact your billing owner or support to change agreed terms or arrange invoicing.
If you use the separate developer platform, its **Billing** page follows the selected API workspace. It may offer **Credits**, **Billing Information** and **Invoices** tabs. Use **Billing Information** → **Manage via Stripe** for the payment method or **Add tax information** for tax details, when those actions are available.

## Which control changes which payment?
* **Manage plan & billing** manages a personal subscription and its payment method.
* **Add credits** makes a wallet purchase. Saving a payment method first doesn't itself buy the credits.
* **Manage auto recharge** changes wallet top-ups. Use **Turn off auto recharge** to stop those automatic top-ups.
* **Plans** changes your subscription tier or billing frequency where supported.
A pay-as-you-go or prepaid wallet doesn't have a subscription renewal date. Its balance and auto recharge settings are the relevant funding controls. See [Buying Extra Credits](/plans-and-billing/buying-extra-credits.md).
## Why can't I open billing?
**Plan managed in the App Store** directs you to Apple. A complimentary subscription can show **Unable to access billing** with **You're currently on a complimentary subscription**; contact support for help with that account's plan.
**Loading billing…** is a loading state. If it changes to **Please try again to load billing**, use **Try again**. A loading failure isn't a confirmation that a subscription ended or a payment failed. Also check the selected workspace and your role before looking for organization billing controls.

Your subscription belongs to the account you were signed in to when you subscribed. If you sign in another way (Google instead of Apple, say, or a different email), you are in a different account and won't see your subscription there.
