# Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, and there are no credits for partially used billing periods. Refund eligibility is governed by Ideogram's [Terms of Service](https://ideogram.ai/legal/tos).

If you no longer want your subscription, [cancel it](/plans-and-pricing/billing-and-subscriptions/cancelling-your-subscription.md) — you keep your plan benefits until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

## Billing errors

If you believe a charge is a billing error — for example, you were charged twice for the same billing period — contact <support@ideogram.ai>. For the fastest support experience, email from the address your Ideogram account is registered under, and include:

* any other email addresses or sign-in methods you may have signed up with;
* the date and amount of the charge;
* the invoice number or a copy of the receipt (see [Invoices, Receipts, and Tax Details](/plans-and-pricing/billing-and-subscriptions/invoices-receipts-and-tax-details.md)).

## Charged after cancelling?

If you cancelled but were still charged, the most common causes are a subscription on a different account or a cancellation made less than 5 days before the renewal date. Work through [Troubleshooting Billing Issues](/plans-and-pricing/billing-and-subscriptions/troubleshooting-billing-issues.md) first — it resolves most cases.
