Billing & Subscriptions

Your Ideogram subscription is managed from one place: click your profile picture and select Manage Subscription, or visit ideogram.ai/pricing while signed in. This opens the plans page; the Manage billing button at the top right opens the billing portal, where subscription, payment, and invoice controls live.

Open the profile picture menu and select Manage subscription.

From there you can:

• Cancel your subscription

• Check your renewal date and billing cycle

• Switch to a different plan

• Download invoices and update billing details

• Update your payment method

Your subscription is tied to the specific account you were signed into when you subscribed. If you sign in with a different method (for example Google instead of Apple, or another email address), you will be in a different account and your subscription will not appear there.
